Dear Valued Guest,
As the impact of the Coronavirus outbreak continues to develop and grow across the UK and Europe, we want to assure you that we are taking extra precautionary measures to protect the health and well-being of our customers and team members.
We are committed to following the World Health Organisation advice and all the regulations stipulated by the local and international authorities. All our team members are aware of the requirements regarding self-isolation and are fully aware of the processes should they be exposed to anyone who is infected or displaying symptoms.
Any member of staff who is returning from the affected areas abroad or has been in contact with anyone returning from these regions have automatically been asked to self-quarantine for fourteen days.
We are constantly updating our team with any changes to guidelines and are ensuring that our strict hygiene standards are maintained. All our tables are cleaned and sanitized after each use, along with the condiments, we have also reduced what we lay on table to reduce the risk of cross contamination. We have installed hand sanitisers for the use of our team and guests.
