We welcome all of our guests without discrimination and strive to make it accessible to all. The inn is situated in the centre of town. On-site car parking facilities are free to customers and 20 meters from the inn’s main entrance. Tarmacadam and paving is at surface level to the main.
Caernarfon is situated on the main North Wales bus route. The nearest mainline train station is Bangor, 9 miles away. The reception has been modified for wheelchair users. There is no loop system installed. A ground floor toilet suitable for wheelchair access.

It has uneven floors and narrow passages; nothing is of standard width.
