Regarding the new government regulations.

  • For Residents only.
  • Breakfast will be served in dining areas from 7.00 am until 8.00am.
  • Evening meals from 5.0pm to 6.00pm. Pre-ordering needed.
  • No alcohol will be served in these areas at all.
  • All ground floor areas must be clear by 6.00 pm.
  • Passports / or other ID will be needed to be scanned when checking in.
  • The NHS COVID 19 app QR code is recommended by the government to download. This will warn you is you have had close contact with any infected person.
  • Customers should always wear Face Mask when standing.
  • Staff should always wear Face Masks.

Bookings & Cancellation Policy:

Bookings can be made online at www.Black-Boy-Inn.com

Please e-mail us at cancel@black-boy-inn.com to inform us of any cancellation. Before the specified notice period of 48 hours.

We will need Guest Names, Address, Phone Number, Date of arrival. And any reference Number.

If you do not receive confirmation of the cancellation within 24 hours, please call us on 01286 673604. Cancellations or modifications made up to 2 days before the date of arrival will not incur any charges (subject to rate purchased). All cancellations or modifications that are made within the 48 hour period or in the case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

We reserve the right to charge the full price of the reservation 2 days prior to your arrival.

If you have cancelled your reservation, you will be sent an email containing your cancellation reference. Please keep this email for future reference. When emailing please quote your booking reference and name in the subject line and please use the email address that was used to make the original booking.

Agency bookings i.e. Booking.com, Expedia etc. must be cancelled via the agent.

With all cancellation please check your rate description as not all bookings can be cancelled.


Arrival/Departure:
We will always try to accommodate guests who arrive early, but we are unable to guarantee that your room will be available before 3.00 pm. Please be advised that check-out time is 11.00 am on day of departure.
Housekeeping will not enter your room at all during your stay, as per welsh gov guidelines. If anything is needed to top up room supplies please ring 888 reception. Please leave dirty towels etc outside room door and housekeeping will leave clean ones for you.  


Car Parking:
Daily fees may apply of £5.00 per day. (Subject to package booked)

The chargeable small car park next to the Inn is owned by the council and reserved for Blue Badge holders. Early arrivals will be issued a free permit from reception for the Slate quay car park located by Caernarfon Castle about 100 yards away (subject to availability). Later arrivals will be allocated to other areas, in various locations around the town.

We have limited  car park spaces Therefore we have to be careful on space allocations. There are public car parks in town which are free from fees between 4.30pm and 10.00 am the following day.

Larger cars will have great difficulty in negotiating the small car park next to the inn.


Table Reservations:  We now only operate a table waiting service from the main entrance. Due to the Corona 19 Pandemic. Please arrive before 6.00pm to ensure you get at a table.


Meal Times :
Due to the COVID we are having issues getting raw supplies in, and we may be short of some items on menus.

Wi-Fi is provided free in all areas via e-mail registration system which is for your protection as well as ours from hackers and other security issues. Just sign in to Black-Boy-Am-Ddim-Free-WiFi and enter your name and email address
